ARC Conference 2018 – Registration Now Open!

 

The Australasian Registrars Committee are delighted to announce that registration for the 2018 ARC Conference is now open! The registration page, along with a list of speakers for the event, can be found at:

If you are an institutional or commercial member of the ARC, please note that your membership entitles you to one registration to this event at the member’s rate.

The conference programme will be made available in mid-late June.

Greg Hunter
Collections Registrar @ Melbourne Cricket Club (National Sports Museum)

Greg has been part of the Registration team at the National Sports Museum since 2010. He is responsible for the cataloguing, condition reporting, freighting and packing of a diverse range of over 60,000 objects in three distinct collections, and also manages the museum’s inward and outward loan agreements. Prior to entering the Registration field, Greg worked with the Shrine of Remembrance and was an exhibition assistant with the National Sports Museum, working on the development of the Champions: Thoroughbred Racing Gallery. Greg holds a BA (Honours) in History (2005) and a Graduate Diploma in Museum Studies (2012), both from Deakin University. He also holds a Diploma in Law and Collection Management (2014) from the Institute of Art and Law (UK). He is passionate about all things relating to the registration and collections fields, and is delighted to be able to assist ARC in meeting the needs of its wonderful membership base and championing the cause of registrars throughout the region.
