Dear ARC Members,
We are looking for contributions for the ARC Journal 86 that discusses the progress towards digitising analogue audiovisual material and reflections on the opportunities and challenges posed by the rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology.
From Analogue to AI
Suggestions include, but are not limited to, stories around:

- Projects to digitise magnetic media and other obsolete media in response to Deadline 2025.
- Going to miss the deadline? What challenges do you face and what’s next for your organization in this space?
- The use of AI technology in your work or reflections on how we prepare ourselves for working with collections generated using AI.
- The challenges of AI and rights (moral, copyright, etc) for artists and creators.
To express your interest in either a 3000 or 1000 word article or interview, please contact Sara Perrett at [email protected] to request an article submission form. Completed forms are due by 28th October 2024. If selected, the deadline for the articles will be 31st January 2025.
