Open until 28 Feb 2025
After a long break between conferences, it’s time we came together to listen, share and explore all the work that is happening across the varied aspects of registration practice.
We welcome proposals that highlight the pursuit of progress across a range of registration ideas or practices and an emphasis on experimentation, response to current global discourse and projects at various stages of completion. We acknowledge that progress can mean different things for different institutions, and we hope to hear your diverse perspectives.
Some questions to address include, but are not limited to:
Are you experimenting with:
- New strategies in registration procedures and workflows;
- Technologies, including generative AI; or
- Cross disciplinary / sector collaborations;
How does your registration practice reflect the current global discourse around:
- Decolonisation;
- Human rights;
- Climate change; or
- Advances in AI and other technologies;
We hope new ventures in different stages will be shared. Are you currently:
- Contemplating change and the challenges this brings?
- Embracing opportunities and navigating obstacles?
- Reflecting back on achievements and oversights?
Please read the guidelines and complete the online form below.
The call for proposals will close on Tuesday 28th February 2025.

- It is the responsibility of the presenter/author to ensure their proposal explains how it relates to the theme.

- Every effort will be made to accommodate the presenter/author presentation preference, however the ARC Council reserves the right to allocate the presentation to best suit the program.
