Registration confirmation

Conference 2025 registration will be via Humanitix. If you do not receive email confirmation, please check your spam folder prior to contacting ARC Enquiries. All communication with registered delegates will be by email.

Payment

All payments must be received prior to the conference. All fees and costs quoted are GST inclusive and in AUD. All payments will be made through Humanitix, by all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Amex and PayPal are subject to surcharges that are always worn by the buyer.

Invoicing options are also available.

Payment for digital attendance will be available until midnight on Tuesday 17 June 2025.

In-person registration will be open until midnight on Friday 30 May 2025.

Transfers and refunds

Transfers from in-person to digital attendance can be made up until midnight on Tuesday 17 June 2025.

Transfers from digital to in-person attendance can be made up until midnight on Friday 30 May 2025.

Transfer requests are made via the Humanitix website.

If you are unable to attend the conference after submitting your online registration, you can nominate a substitute. All substitutes’ names are to be received via email to [email protected]

Refund requests can be made up until midnight on Tuesday 17 June 2025.

Refunds will not be given for non-attendance.

Catering and dietary requirements

Morning, afternoon teas and lunches will be provided at the host venue for 19th and 20th June. If you have special dietary requirements (e.g. shellfish allergy, vegetarian, coeliac), please indicate this on your registration form. Dietary requests will be catered for to the best of the caterer’s ability.

Should you require any specific assistance in accessing the conference, or any arrangements to be made on your behalf, please include details in your Humanitix booking. This will enable us to make your attendance at the conference a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Photography

Photographs will be taken throughout the conference and social functions. If you do not wish to have your photograph taken, please email [email protected] or visit the registration desk upon your arrival at the conference.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance. It is strongly recommended that participants take out their own general travel insurance. It is suggested the insurance policy should also cover loss of fees/deposit, airfares, accommodation charges, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expenses.

The conference information is correct at the time of publishing. However, the organisers reserve the right to change the information where necessary without notice. In the event of industrial disruptions, the conference and organisers accept no responsibility.

Privacy

Your information will be collected to produce a list of delegates, including personal information such as name, organisation and state/country. You will be asked for permission for your details to be included when you register. This information will be used by ARC to plan and facilitate the event (e.g. catering requirements, institutional tours).
